Lifeline's soup

I love how Thor goes galumphing through life like a great big yellow labrador clutching a hammer in its teeth, all “OMG, fighting! Best thing ever! OMG! Cheering crowds! Best thing ever! Boo! Master is cross! I haz a sad! OMG! Hot girl! Best thing ever! OMG! Coffee! Best thing ever! OMG! Mjolnir! Fetch! ….cannot fetch! Worst thing ever! HAZ A SAAAAAAD! HOOOOOOWL! Woe! End of the wooorld! OMG! New friend taking me to the pub! Best thing ever!” etc etc, whilst Loki slinks around being a stressed, clever and neurotic cat who sort of hates the dog but also sort of loves him, and doesn’t understand why the goddamn humins think the dog is so good for fetching the bloody hammer, or why they fail to appreciate the lovely gift of a dead sparrow. (Well, not so much a dead sparrow as a neat plan to defeat the age-old enemy without causing massive suffering and casualties for the home team, but the sentiment was definitely “Dead sparrow! Look! For you!”)
